Qualifications:

• Ability to commit to our shifts (6:30am-2pm or 1pm-7pm)

• Consider yourself a “people person,” and enjoy meeting others

• Love working as a team and appreciate the chance to collaborate

• Have excellent communications skills

• Have a focus on quality and take pride in your work

• Are open to learning new things (especially the latest beverage recipe!)

• Are comfortable with responsibilities like cash-handling and store safety

• Can keep cool and calm in a fast-paced, energetic work environment

• Can maintain a clean and organized workspace

Responsibilities:​

• Ensuring that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times

• Efficiently using the POS system

• Preparing fresh items for customers

• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

Skills:​

• Strong knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Experience:

• 1 year customer service/ food service
